The correct option is C

Speed of 1st bus = 180/15 = 12 m/s

Speed of 2nd bus = 180/22.5 = 8 m/s

If they travel in opposite direction, relative speed = 12+8 = 20 m/s

Distance covered = 180 + 180 = 360 m

Time = distance/speed = 360/20 = 18 s
