The correct option is D 6 V
In a parallel combination, the potential difference across each capacitor will be equal. In this case, both the capacitors are identical and have the same breakdown voltage(6 V)

Therefore if the applied voltage exceeds 6 V, both the capacitors will get damaged/break-down. So, the breakdown voltage of their combination will be 6 V.
