Two compounds...

Question

Two compounds $A$ and $B$ are functional isomers. $A$ has fruity smell and undergoes hydrolysis in presence of acid or base to give $C$ and $D$ , $C$ has same functional group as $B$ , $C$ and $B$ are simultaneously treated with sodium hydroxide. The compounds obtained are treated with soda lime to give two successive homologous $E$ and $F$ which are the first two members of the series. Identify $A, B, C, D, E$ and $F$ .
