Fq=K(9)×θ(0.08+x)2,F+16q=K×15μC(x)2

|Fq|=|F+16q|9(0.8+x2)=16x2
(x0.8+x)2=(169)x0.8+x=43

[(16)/(x+0.08)2]=(9/x2)

[x/(x+0.08)]2=(9/16)[x/(x+0.8)]

=(3/4)4x=3x+0.24x=0.24m=24cm

24 cm from −9μC outside their joining line

x=0.24m
