Let perimeter of the base = P and height = H.

Lateral surface area = Perimeter of the base $\times$ Height

= P $\times$ H ................(1)

Base perimeter of the rectangular prism = 2 $\times$ ( Right triangle's height + Right triangle's base length )
= $2\times (29+15)$
= $2\times 44$
= $88m$

$\Rightarrow$ Lateral surface area = $88\times 34$
= 2992 m${}^2$
