At constant temperature & pressure
Volume of C3H8=36.5ml
Volume of CH4+CO=100ml36.5ml=63.5ml
Combustion reactions,
C3H8+5O23CO2+4H2O
CH4+2O2CO2+2H2O
CO+1/2O2CO2
1 mole C3H8 produce 3 moles of CO2
1 mole of CH4 & CO each form 1 mole CO2
or in mls, CO2=3×36.5+(10036.5)
=109.5+63.5=173ml of CO2
