Electric field due to charges on faces of non conducting plane sheets at point (1) is as shown in the figure below.


For point (1):

E1=EA(EB+EC+ED)

=12ε0S[2Q3Q3Q23Q2]
=12ε0S[2Q3(2+3+96)Q]=12ε0S[2Q3146Q]

|E1|=5Q2ε0S

For point (2):

E2=(EA+EB)(EC+ED)

E2=12ε0S[2Q3+Q3Q23Q2]=Q2ε0S

|E2|=Q2ε0S

For point (3):

E3=(EA+EB+EC)ED

=12ε0S[2Q3+Q3+Q23Q2]

=12ε0S[4Q+2Q+3Q9Q6]

=0
