The particles will meet at the mean position when P completes one oscillation and Q completes half an oscillation

The angular velocity for first particle is ω1=2π3.

The angular velocity for second particle is ω2=2π6=π3

So, the velocities at different points will be:
v1=ω1A and v2=ω2A

So, v1v2=ω1ω2

v1v2=2π/3π/3

v1v2=2:1
