let probability of Rohit be P(R').

$\because$ there are only 2 players playing the match ,probability of winning match $=1$

$\therefore P\left(R\right)+P\left(R^{\prime }\right)=1$

$\therefore 0.37+P\left(R^{\prime }\right)=1$

$\therefore P\left(R^{\prime }\right)=0.63$

hence, option $A$ is correct.
