perimeter of square=4×50=200m

Perimeter of rectangle=2(30+x)=200

Length of rectangle,x=(200-60)/2=70m

area of square=50*50

=2500m^2

area of rectangle=30*70

=2100m^2

square has greater area by=2500-2100

=400m^2
