Perimeter of square $=4\times$ side $=4\times 64=256$m

Perimeter of rectangular $=2($ length $+$ breadth$)$

$\Rightarrow 256=2(70+b)$

$\Rightarrow 128=b+70$

$\Rightarrow b=58$m.
