it is given that,

$q_1=5q_2.............\left(1\right)$

$F=1.8\times {10}^{3}N$

$r=1m$

According to coulomb’s law

$F=k\frac{q_1{q}_2}{r^2}$

$1.8\times {10}^3=9\times {10}^9\times \frac{5q_2{q}_2}{1}\left(from\right(1\left)\right)$

$1.8\times {10}^3=45\times {10}^9\times q_2{q}_2$

$q_2^2=4\times {10}^{-8}$

$q_2=2\times {10}^{-4}C$

Put this value in equation (1)

$q_1={10}^{-3}C$
