Let one side be $5x$ and another side is $3x$ so opposite sides must be $5$x and $3x$ because it's a parallelogram and thus opposite sides are same
Perimeter = sum of all side
$64=5x+3x+5x+3x$
$64=16x$
$x=4$
So sides of parallelogram are $20,12,20,12$.
