Given:
Medium is the same for both the sounds.
For first sound, wavelength λ1=1.3 m
For second sound, wavelength λ2=3.9 m

Speed of sound in a medium is constant.
Since velocity (v) is the product of frequency (f) and wavelength (λ),
f1=vλ1
f2=vλ2

f1f2=λ2λ1
f1f2=3.91.3
f1=3f2

As f1 is 3 times greater than f2, first sound has higher pitch than the second one, because higher the frequency higher is the pitch.
