We know,
Work done in stretching a spring by $x$ ,

$= \frac{1}{2} K x^{2}$

As bother experience same force $F (s a y)$ .

$x_{1} = \frac{F}{K_{1}}, x_{2} = \frac{F}{K_{2}}$

$W_{1} = \frac{1}{2} K_{1} x_{1}^{2} = \frac{1}{2} \times \frac{F^{2}}{K_{1}}$

$W_{1} = \frac{1}{2} \times \frac{F^{2}}{K_{2}}$
