$\therefore n\left(S\right)=6^2=36$

Let E be the event of getting total of the numbers on the dice is greater than 10

$\therefore$ {(5, 6), (6, 5), (6, 6)}

$\therefore$ n(E) = 3

$\therefore P\left(E\right)\frac{3}{36}=\frac{1}{12}$

$\therefore P\left(E\right)=\frac{1}{12}$
