Carbon ; number of moles = 52.1712=4.34
Hydrogen ; number of moles = 131=13
Oxygen ; number of moles = 34.8316=2.17
Relative ratios ; Carbon : 4.342.17=2
Hydrogen : 1312.7=6
Oxygen : 2.172.17=1
Empirical formula is C2H6O.

The molar mass = 2× vapour density
=2×23 = 46

The compound is C2H5OH

That is ethanol since it gives positive iodoform test.
