The correct options are
A Velocity of pulley P1 will be 5 m/s downwards.
B Velocity of block C will be 25 m/s upwards.
Assuming vertically upward direction as +ve,
Velocity of pulley P1,
VP1=VA+VB2=(20)+102
VP1=5 m/s
(ve sign means VP1 is in downward direction)

Similarly, velocity of pulley P2
VP2=VP1+VC2
+10=(5)+VC2
VC=25 m/s
Block C will be moving with velocity 25 m/s, upwards.
