For this, first let’s refer back to our definition of viscosity.

Viscosity is a measure of resistance to flow arising due to the internal friction between layers of fluid as they slip past one another when the liquid flows. Strong intermolecular forces between molecules hold them together and resist movement of layers past one another.

Now, with an increase in temperature, the magnitude of interparticle forces decreases and the kinetic energy of molecules increases. This causes a decrease in the viscosity of the liquid.

So, viscosity of liquid decreases with increase in temperature.
