In acidic medium, Mn+7Mn+2
nf1=5
C2O+24=CO2
2×C+3C+4
nf2=2×1=2

Thus by using equation,(KMnO4)n1×nf1=n2nf2(FeC2O4)

M1V1×nf1=M2V2×nf2 as n=M×V

0.1M×V1×5=0.5M×50ml×2 (n2 moles =molarity(M)×volume(V))

V1=100ml
