Solution
The correct option is C ADH
ADH (Antidiuretic hormone) or Vasopressin is secreted from the posterior lobe of pituitary gland. i.e. neurohypophysis. This hormone increases reabsorption of water in kidneys and this results in decreased rate of urine production. Deficiency of ADH can result into diabetes insipidus which is characterized by symptoms like excessive urination and thirst.
