Volume of water in the tank, when depth is of 3m, $V = 150 \times 100 \times 3 = 45000 m^{3}$
Rate of volume of water flowing = $2 \times 1.5 \times 1010^{- 2} \times 15000 m^{3} / h r = 450 m^{3} / h r$
Thus, time taken = $\frac{45000}{450} h r = 100 h o u r s$
