Water is pouring in to a cubical reservoir at the rate of 60 liters per minute. If the volume of reservoir is 108 m3, find the number of hours it will take to fill the reservoir.

Rate of flow of water = 60 liters/minute
Volume of the tank = 108m3

1m3=1000liters

108m3=108000 liters

Time taken to fill the complete tank
=108000/60
=1800 minutes
=1800/60 hours
=30 hours

The tank will be filled completely in 30 hours
