This is just the case of saturation. You know saturation is the phenomenon where no more of a substance can dissolve and additional amounts will appear out in the same phase it was dissolved in. If I dissolve sugar crystals, I will get sugar crystals. If I try to dissolve a gas, I will get a gas out.
It has a term called effervescence/inclusion for gases and precipitation/exsolution for solids.
