We humans are not much harmed due to attractive or repulsive electrical force / shock cz we are conductors connected to the earth( earthing). What if two humans are charged in space . / they are given shock. What would happen ?

Due to static current we feel light shock on touching another person .its all about atom.materails are made up of atoms that are normally neutron because they contain equal number of electrons and protrons.the phenomenon of static electricity requires a seperation of positive and negative .
