Question

We know that to dilute an acid we must add acid to water to have a safer situation as water added to acid produces heavy heat. So how is it controlled in our stomach when we drink water ?

There is no hydrochloric acid pool in our stomach. It is secreted as and when required. Concentrated sulphuric acid has a pH of 1. The pH in the stomach is maintained around 4 with minimal amount of acid that is needed for that. Water does not create a splash when reaches the stomach.
