Biopesticides example:

  1. Various lepidopteran, coleopteran, and dipteran species are infected with Bacillus thuringiensis, which causes digestive illnesses.
  2. Through genetic engineering, the toxin from this bacteria has been directly expressed in plants, such as Bt cotton and Bt brinjal.
  3. Trichoderma, a fungus that grows on plant roots, works as a biocontrol agent against a variety of plant infections.
