Glands are the organs present in human body. They secrete certain chemical substances which can be used in the body or discharged in the surroundings.
We can only call the secretions of endocrine glands as hormones. The secretions of exocrine glands are not hormones because these chemicals are secreted into ducts and not directly into blood.
