Solution

Macronutrients:

  1. For growth and development, plants require a lot of macronutrients. As a result, they are found in plant tissues at high concentrations, or more than 10 mmol/Kg of dry matter. The macronutrients C, H, O, N, P, S, K, Ca, and Mg are included.
  2. To maintain bodily functions and carry out daily activities, a considerable amount of macronutrients—nutrients that provide calories or energy—are needed. Food groups called macronutrients include carbs, lipids, and proteins.
  3. Most foods high in macronutrients also contain a variety of micronutrients.
  4. The nutritional elements of food known as macronutrients are what the body uses for energy as well as to maintain its systems and structure.
