  2. Each testis contains approximately 250 testicular lobules.
  3. Each lobule contains one to three highly coiled seminiferous tubules.
  4. The cells and tissues in the seminiferous tubules are responsible for spermatogenesis, which is the process of creating sperm.
  5. Lobules are made up of coiled tubes surrounded by dense connective tissues.
