5 main animal groups:

Fishes:

  1. They have two-chambered hearts and are cold-blooded.
  2. They breathe through their gills.
  3. Their bodies are streamlined, and their tails assist them in swimming through water.
  4. Hagfish and dogfish are two examples.

Reptiles:

  1. Classification of Reptilians animals is those that move by creeping or crawling.

  3. Reptiles have dry skin and scales covering their bodies.
  4. They are cold-blooded creatures that dwell primarily on land.

Amphibians:

  2. They have cold blood and three-chambered hearts.
  3. In them, indirect development happens and they produce eggs (oviparous).
  4. They can breathe by using their lungs, gills, and wet skin.
  5. Amphibians include frogs, tree frogs, and salamanders.

Aves:

  1. Birds are included in the class Aves.
  2. The presence of feathers is their most distinguishing trait.
  3. They are warm-blooded creatures with four-chambered hearts.
  4. Except for the ostrich, most birds can fly.
  5. Parrots, sparrows, and other birds are examples.

Mammals:

  1. Mammalian creatures are distinguished by the presence of body hairs and mammary glands.
  2. The mammary glands aid in the feeding of babies.
  3. The lungs are responsible for respiration.
  4. They have a four-chambered heart and are warm-blooded.
  5. Humans, bunnies, cows, and so forth.
