Physiology is mainly divided into five main branches.
Those are:
Anatomy- It refers to the study of the structure of the body parts.
Histology- It refers to the study of tissues and their functions.
Cellular physiology- It refers to the study of various cell activities.
Organ physiology- It refers to the study of the heart and circulatory system.
Systemic physiology- Refers to the study of specific organ systems and their functions.
