What are the condition required for circular orbit according to Sommerfeld's concept?

Sommerfield suggested that orbit of electron does not have to spherical but can also be elliptical. Electrons can move only on some allowed ellipse. The motion of an electron along an orbit is described by I) Radial quantum number, nr, II) Azimuthual quantum number, k. Principle quantum number n.
