By destructing of host's body tissues: In chickenpox, scabies, or measles whereby the pathogen forms rashes on the host's body tissues.
By the release of toxins which may be endotoxins that will harm the hosts: In Cholera, the bacteria release a cholera toxin that leads to the dysregulation of the intestine and causes acute dysentery.
