What are the factors affecting pressure at a point in a liquid?
Acceleration due to gravity.
P = hρg
The pressure at a point = depth of that point from the surface × density of fluid × acceleration due to gravity..
So the pressure will increase as you increase the depth, density of the liquid and acceleration due to gravity and vice-versa.
Note: acceleration due to gravity is usually taken as constant but it actually changes depending on the location. Like gravity at the pole is slightly greater than gravity at the equator.
