The diagram below shows the various methods in which plants get rid of wastes.
1. Oxygen is excretory product of photosynthesis which is given out through stomata.
2. Excess water is lost in transpiration through stomata. Carbon dioxide formed as respiratory waste is lost to the environment at night.
3. Gums and resin are excretory products of plant and are stored in dead cells. Many excretory products are moved to leaves which are about to fall off.
