The polyester is made by using purified terephthalic acid and mono-ethylene glycol etc.
Rayon, also called artificial silk, is prepared from cellulose( which comes from wood pulp).
Nylon was the first truly synthetic fiber.it was first produced in early 1930's by the scientist at the DuPont company from coal, water, and air.
