Amps or amperes measures current, the amount of electricity flowing through some point, and is often denoted in equations by the letter I. Amperes have the dimensions of coulombs per second.
Volts or voltage is the amount of potential energy that electrons have relative to another point, usually what's called "ground", which is defined as having a potential of 0 volts.
Watts measures power, and in electronic devices, is the product of the voltage across the device and the current flowing through it.
