  • A saturated solution is a type of solution in which the maximum amount of solute dissolved in a solvent at a particular temperature
  • We can not dissolve more amount of solute at this point without any external heating
  • Example: A soda is a saturated solution of carbon dioxide in water. This is why, when the pressure is released, carbon dioxide gas forms bubbles.
