  2. It causes the excretion of metabolic wastes like urea and uric into the urine.
  3. People suffering with diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure have a high possibility of developing kidney problems.
  4. Fruits that are needed to be avoided are:-
    1. Oranges and orange juice are needed to be avoided or limited when on a renal diet.
    2. Dried fruits must be avoided as they contain high amount of sugar in them.
    3. Banana must be avoided as it has high potassium content.
    4. Kiwi contains several oxalates and hence be avoided to stop stone formation.
