In this phase, the ventricle contraction continues i.e pushing the blood in the aorta and pulmonary also called systole.
Isovolumetric relaxation: At the end of the outflow phases, both the valves get closed and the ventricles begin to relax i.e diastole, which reduces the pressure in the ventricles so that the atrioventricular valves open and the ventricles begin to fill with blood, and the cycle restarts again.
