Reproductive disorders :

  1. The disorders which affect the reproductive system of humans are called reproductive disorders.
  2. The reproductive diseases include abnormal production of hormones in testes or ovaries by other endocrine glands ( thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary gland).
  3. Certain reproductive organs turn dysfunctional in these disorders.
  4. Some pathological organs also cause reproductive disorders.
  5. These disorders are caused by Congenital abnormalities, infections, and cancers.

Examples of reproductive disorders are:

  1. Endometriosis: Endometrial tissue appears outside the uterus.
  2. Uterine fibroids: Non-cancerous growth of the uterus.
  3. Gynecological cancer: Cancer starts in the reproductive system of a woman.
  4. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS): Androgen excess and ovarian dysfunction is caused.
