1. Simple machines are the made of very few parts which simply change the direction and
   the magnitude of a force or help us to work faster.
2. Simple machines make work easier.
3. It makes work easier by increasing the distance through which force is applied, by changing the direction of applied force, or by multiplying the force of speed of the energy applied.
4. Examples: screw jack can lift car, crane uses pulley systems to lift heavy loads like locomotives, screwdriver is used for screw bolt, etc.
