Following changes take place in the body at puberty:
$\bullet$ Different body parts might grow at the different rates. It will seem out of proportion. Eventually with time after a certain period, every part gets nourished and develops.
$\bullet$ Muscle development is more prominant in boys compared to that of girls.
$\bullet$ Boys sometimes develop a horse voice for a little while but they eventually develop a deep voice while girls develop a very high pitched voice right away.
$\bullet$ Increased activity of sweat glands, salivary glands and oil glands is observed. Due to these secretions, acne and pimples develop.
