Exophthalmic goiter is an autoimmune disorder and is related to the thyroid gland.

Symptoms :

  1. The thyroid gland is enlarged and the eyes protrude out.
  2. High blood pressure and increase in body temperature.
  3. Patient loses weight

Causes :

Excess of thyroxin secreted by the thyroid gland
