Solution

Dear student, Hill reaction is transfer of electrons from water to non physiological oxidants which are also known as hill reagents against a chemical potential gradient , it occurs in presence of light. In hill reaction electron acceptors like ferricyanide gets reduced by the hydrogen produced from hydrolysis in presence of sunlight. It was demonstrated by Robin hill in 1937. It takes place in thalakoid memebrane of chloroplasts. Regards
