Lymph is a clear fluid sometimes white in colour comprises of white blood cells mainly lymphocytes
Lymph is watery clear fluid or colourless because it lacks red blood cells (erythrocytes). Red blood cells contain haemoglobin which provide red colour to the blood.
Lymph consists of plasma and white blood cells (leucocytes) only.
Lymph is an interstitial fluid or tissue fluid found in spaces between the cells. Lymph picks up bacteria and viruses and help them to destroy.Thus, it helps in defence .It also helps in carrying digested and absorbed fats from intestine.
Lymph contain lymphocytes . Lymphocyte is a type of white blood cell that help fight infection and disease.
It conveys material from tissue cells in the blood. It returns proteins and excess fluid to the blood
