the lattice energy is the energy required to break apart an ionic solid and convert its component atoms into gaseous ions.

Ionization energy is the energy required to remove an electron from a gaseous atom or ion.

Difference between them is that lattice energy changes the physical change , like changing into solid to liquid
while ionisation energy is happening inside the atom changing its internal configuration inside it
