what is meant by zero unbalanced force

When an object is at rest or moving with constant velocity, all the forces acting on it are said to be balanced. In simple words the resultant of forces or unbalanced force is zero or zero unbalanced force.

When an object is accelerating (velocity not constant) the forces acting on it are said to be unbalanced as it is the effect of a force by virtue of which an object changes its state of motion. So it is said that there is some unbalanced force.
