The correct option is B 2-bromobutane
When $H B r$ adds to $2 - b u t e n e$ , $2 - b r o m o b u t a n e$ is obtained.

$C H_{3} - C H = C H - C H_{3} + H B r \to C H_{3} - C H (B r) - C H_{2} - C H_{3}$

A molecule of $H - B r$ adds to $C = C$ double bond.

Since, $2 - b u t e n e$ is symetrical, only one product is obtained.

Option B is correct.
